NADEEM ZAMAN
Nadeem is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Advisor for the Minister of Investment in Saudi Arabia. He is responsible for driving the National Investment Strategy key to delivering Vision 2030.
Prior to joining the Ministry Nadeem was the Advisor for Corporate Development and Transformation at Digital Dubai where he was responsible for managing Strategy, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, FM and HSE in addition to overseeing multiple group-wide and city level transformational and digitisation initiatives.
Prior to joining Smart Dubai Nadeem was the CEO of a private family office and has held many senior positions including Group Chief Strategy Officer for GEMS Education and before that various VP level positions at Dubai World Trade Centre, including VP Exhibition & Events, VP Business Transformation plus operational management responsibility for multiple back office functions.
Prior to moving to Dubai in 2008 years ago Nadeem specialised in programme management and business improvement. He has nearly 30 years of experience
in leading businesses and in large scale, digital and transformational programmes mainly focused on post-merger integration, strategy, implementation, turnaround and operational improvements for organisations
such as Virgin Group and the insurance giant Prudential.
His experience spans Public Sector, Education, Financial Services, Automotive,
Events and Telco across UK & Europe, South Africa, India and the Middle East.
Nadeem holds a Global Executive MBA from TRIUM (partnership between London School of Economics (UK), Stern School of Business, New York University (USA) and HEC (France). The programme is ranked number 6 by the Financial Times. He also holds a B.A (Hons) in Accounting & Financial Management from the University of Essex in the UK.
He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting and the Association for Project Management
